RoohAfza Pudding


For RoohAfza Pudding

Milk - 3/4 liter . 750 ml
China Grass - 10 grams
Sugar - 1 cup / 200 grams
Rose Essence - few drops
Pink Food Colour - few drops
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil few drops to coat the pan


To Make RoohAfza Pudding

Soak china grass in 1/4 cup of water for 15 mins. Grease a pan lightly with oil and set aside.
Take milk, sugar in a sauce pan and heat and cook till it is reduced a little.
Now add in the china grass mix and stir to melt, it is will melt in 5 mins.
Now strain the mix.
Add in rose essence and pink food coloring. Mix well.
Pour this into the pan and put this tray in fridge to set for 3 to 4 hours.
Cut into squares and serve
